About Kathleen Macaulay
Kathleen Macaulay’s practice areas include probate, estate planning, trusts, and guardianship. Her practice is concentrated in litigation arising from wills, trusts, powers of attorney and guardianship. Prior to her association with the firm, Kathleen managed her individual probate, estate planning, and guardianship practice in Austin and the surrounding counties. She also has substantial experience in forensic genealogy to locate estate beneficiaries and distribute assets.
Kathleen holds a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2001, and a B.A. in Law and Political Science from Baylor University in 2000. She also earned a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Houston Law Center in 2008.
